Account details you give us (name, email, password), the answers from your first setup questions (desired roles, locations, work type, experience), and what you do in the app — saved jobs, applications, resumes, cover letters, posts, messages and profile content.

We also record basic technical information such as device type and pages visited so the app stays fast and reliable.

To match you with jobs, build your resume and cover letters, track your applications, power messaging and the community feed, and keep your account secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored on JobNow's servers. We keep your subscription status and renewal dates so we know your account is active. You can cancel any time from the billing page.

Remote job listings shown in JobNow are provided by Jobicy. Those listings belong to Jobicy and the employers who posted them, not to JobNow. Jobs posted by employers directly inside JobNow are shown as JobNow listings.

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand which ads bring people to JobNow and to measure sign-ups and subscriptions. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, this only loads after you accept it in the consent banner.

You can opt out any time by clearing your browser storage for this site and choosing "Reject" on the banner, by using your browser's tracking protection, or through your Meta ad preferences.

You can edit or delete your profile content from Settings at any time. To request full deletion of your account and data, email websparkcorporations@gmail.com.
